No rad behind it. A fluid reservoir is behind it. The other vent is functional like the video shows.

One is, and it's laughable that they couldn't just make that one open as well and relocate a reservoir.

I heard that too. But I don't know why having it open would make any meaningful difference either way.

Yep, pretty sure that was mentioned in one of the video reviews of the RTR Spec 2......as it was pointed out a (relatively) minor fender bender could be VERY expensive!
