Short answer, Ford deletes Spoiler - maybe because it interferes with radio antenna. or just because.

Having said that, a spoiler on a convertible is pretty useless.

Certain 2024 and 2025 packages on verts came with a blade spoiler. Ford did not offer any other spoiler options, as they interfere with (hit) the factory antenna.

For 2026, Ford is not offering any spoilers on the verts. That said, the deck lid where the spoiler mounts (on the top back of the trunk) is a removable piece that can be modified to mount a spoiler, or replaced with the decklid that has the spoiler mounting holes in it. The deck lid is made of ABS and is pretty easy to drill for a spoiler mount.

Regard the effectiveness of a spoiler on a vert, it is true that it adds no performance value to the vehicle. That said, I would guess that less that 1% of the coupe owners with spoilers would notice the difference if their car did not have one. If you are not taking your car to the track, or the Audubon, you are like not going to notice a difference in the aerodynamics of your car. In reality ... they are pretty much ALL for looks.

Your dealer can probably get you a part number for the deck lid that accepts the spoiler, and there are a bunch of aftermarket units that fit. You will just need to install a stubby antenna.

My Vert also came with the blade spoiler. I can't wait to get a real one. I don't care about performance, but with the blade spoiler, to me it looks like something is missing. Glenn

I am not looking for downforce or I would buy a 2015 Viper ACR. I just do not like the bland look of naked decklid.

I was more wondering why no factory spoiler, but it was answered above, it hits the antenna. I probably knew this and forgot.

I think all 24 verts without performance packs got them. My 24 GT came with the blade spoiler too.
