Attached are the pages from the Ford service manual related to brake pad and caliper servicing on cars with the 6 piston front and 4 piston rear Brembos. I was about to post these in another thread in response to someone asking for them, but figured it was better to have a dedicated thread with the guides. Note: The images come after the text, so in many cases the description of the procedure is on the bottom of one page and the corresponding image is on the following page.

Awesome, thanks. I'm getting close to considering replacing pads. Rotors look ok so I replace those usually every 2-3 pad change.

I also want to drain and replace my Tremec's fluid and the differential oil. It's premature but my S550 PP with the Torsen LSD had enough metal dust on the drain plug magnets at 30k miles to make me look twice. It was simple on other cars but with all the coolers on the Dark Horse HP I'm not sure if there's some extra I have to do to the system to get all the old out. I'm probably over thinking it.

FYI, the owner’s manual says to replace the differential fluid every 500 miles of track use.

Thank you for sharing the PDFs- super helpful as I changed pads for first time. Where did you find those Ford Service manuals? I would love to have the full service/tech manual to refer to for all my maintenance
