I was quite impressed with my dealer. I asked them to physically check trans oil level, the Tech said he'd not seen one low out of quite a few Mustangs they'd done. So I said don't bother if they don't think it's needed. Then they did it anyway. All's well.
I'd asked for the car at 12, it was ready at 10AM. I said not to bother washing it, I had a road trip coming up, they washed it.
The best bit. Despite needing 9 litres of oil, the total bill was $300 less than the last service on my Cupra. And I paid less for the oil than I paid retail when I changed it at 2000kms.
I'm liking Ford more and more.
PS. The vehicle report card is a geat idea too. Has things like tread depth, battery SoC, etc etc.
Makes checking the history of things a lot easier.

I don't know what the Tech did, but it has noticeably better throttle response at low revs, and the trans shifting seems better (more responsive)too. This is in normal mode.
The only reference on the invoice is to using their Diagnostic gear.
