Clock and Custom Issue

Has anyone had these issues.

1. Set the clock to 24Hr mode and after a few power on power off cycles it will revert back to normal mode. Had into the dealer once and they said they fixed it but they did not. Going back in on the 19th and there going to try again. I did a search on the F150 and Mach-E forums and found the same issue on those vehicles but never any fix from Ford.

2. Setting all 6 custom modes to different settings and a few power on power off cycles it will revert back to only one custom mode "Normal". If I set just one custom mode to any option it will stay but anything more then one it doesn't like it.

Any thoughts?

Mine goes back to Trip 1 but I set it trip 2.
Odd.
Not worth going to the dealer to have they miss up something self.

I don't have an issue with the clock. But I like my gauges in sport mode. Randomly it will go back to the default cluster.

Ford Sync is the absolute worst infotainment system in the industry. Mine is full of glitches and problems. Its gotten so unreliable I don’t even care any more,

i used to have that same 24h clock issue. i fixed it by using FORScan to change it

Have you tried a BMW? I love my wife’s X3 overall, but the infotainment system will drive you nuts. I’ve learned to never get out of the car when it’s running and take my phone with me. If it does happen to connect initially, removing it from the car guarantees it will not connect again. And don’t try to play the radio while a phone is connected with someone using the phone. The audio randomly jumps to the phone Bluetooth input.

My S650 system has had some minor glitches, but overall I like it. At least my phone will stay connected.
