not sure if it counts as a wrap, but i had vinyl stripes and a roof wrap put on mine about a year and a half ago. partially inspired by the Mach-E and the Dark Horse painted stripes
A little elbow grease…Griots garage clay bar and Quick shine detail spray, and a quick coat of NexGen and you don’t need to fool with high dollar coatings:
full xpel 10 mil PPF did the hood 1 piece on most dark horses i see people cutting out the stripes to keep them matt putting the gloss PPF over them makes them glossy one guy thought i got the painted stripes because of it.
Ours got the PPF from Ford. It’s absolutely covered in rock chips and blemishes at 31,000 kms. As a race car should be. I’ve chosen not to care. Will repaint it one day.
The absolute best way to protect your car is to not drive it anywhere ever.
How lucky u guys/girls are in the US, with Ford Performance / dealers installing super chargers & PPF.
Our dealers in Australia do none of that. They do paint protection but is just the dealer rubbish not the quality stuff. No idea why they don't use it...
Anytime you have query & contact Ford Australia they tell you talk to your dealer..
