Changed my engine oil today and when taking off the bottom splash shield I noticed the screw holes and push pin holes were misaligned. Does anyone else have this? I bought the car brand new from dealer, is this just screwed up from factory?

Wide tolerances on those plastic parts. You could try loosening everything to straighten it out. At the factory they just zip them to the car quickly because it really doesn't matter.

Welcome to the American car Makers I have owned ford mustangs since 86 along with BMW m3 and infinity. Also had to do realignment to the fords. I even had to realign my fenders on my 2016 mustang gt. Never on the BMW or infiniti

Looking at the marks made by the washers on the screws, it appears to be about where it was from the factory. Put the plastic pins in first, then all of the screws.

Yes, normal. One of my S650s had a couple plastic push-pins missing on the bottom from the factory because it didn't line up and they just omitted them.

It's quite normal to see that in many cars. Those plastic parts are made to "near enough is good enough" tolerances.
Do what Mr King suggests.

Same on mine. Put the center plastic pin in first and then work your way around.
