I figured I'd post up my results with the ESS G3 because I see some people would like to see some more numbers. 10r80 car with 3.15 gears.
The kit arrived fast and was very easy to install and went together very well. Mods are the following.
ESS G3 blower on 120mm pulley exactly 10 psi at 7600 rpm.
Longtube headers with custom corsa catback.
ID1050x Injectors with boost a pump and Lawn racing rail mod.
Ford racing m50a ngk spark plugs.
I'm self tuned running 17 degrees on an approximate E30 blend simply because the 93 in my area isn't the best. My next upgrade will be to go full E85. I've found it still to be very knock limited on a blend.
The car is currently full weight and on 19 inch nitto drag radials, weighs 4100 pounds with driver. There is some tire spin with the 19s between the shifts you can see in the dragy. It ran a 5.69 60 to 130 in humid air posted below. I used a seperate DA calculator and it was showing the DA was closer to +1400, the dragy is often wrong with DA. In much better DA I'd expect a low 5 and with a full drag pack I'd expect it to run a high 4 second pass from all my past experience and tuning with data. Again that would be with the 120mm pulley and in good DA. On a 110mm pulley and full E85 I'd expect a low 4 second pass in good DA. As it sits now though it would be a great street car at this power level. Just wanted to give some times for people that may be interested in an ESS for their s650.
