Does your 26 have the 3 wire fuel pressure sensor? if so then temp is inferred you'll see it mostly hanging out at 160* if so.

Coming from the bmw world as well with so many DI failures I prefer to have a little less ethanol content. We use to run upper cylinder lubes in the gas to help with DI lubrication on those.

The scanner will do it for you with the boost pressure PID. The car has a map sensor so the boost pressure is accurate. No need to do any math. It actually uses a MAPT sensor so it measures temp as well which would be used as IAT2.
I run those tires 22 psi cold ALL the time I also get about double the miles out of them that way and they work the best for me at that pressure. If you run more psi then that then the middle will wear out first and you'll need tires in 5k miles or less. I've had quite a few sets of those over...
