@Sofa King I am sure the differental with clutch packs are not very forgiving. I would also think the torsen wouldn't like driving at normal highway speeds for very long. The oil temps will climb quickly. I would change fluid if driven very far.

different size tires frying the posi/limited slip clutch packs is nothing new.

It happened on the Fox body cars when people changed tire sizes, it happens more than you think when people jack their trucks up and put monster truck sized tires on them, then get a flat and put the stock sized spare tire on.

Most people who know anything about cars will tell you to get the spare in a non drive wheel, which means on our cars put the spare on the front and put a good full sized tire from the front on the back if there is any doubt that the tires are not very similar in size.

Now that we have wheel speed sensors the car will tell us when it is not happy with different sized tires as it will drive the ABS nuts if the tires are too different in size, but the limited slip will also let you know by chirping as it goes around corners as the clutches are engaged and the differential is not free to one wheel turn faster than the other in a turn

So glad I scored the '24 in blue ember and the standard tremec. As stated earlier, in '25 and now in '26 models standard stuff is evaporating

What's even more funny, is this is an attempt to lower costs due to increased tariffs. So funny isn't.

They did not borrow three billion dollars. They secured a three billion dollar line of credit. Big difference.

I was fine with losing wireless charging as it has never worked well for me. I am glad to have the homelink sensor so I do not need to clip an opener on. Seriously though, what are they saving with those two, 20 bucks in parts per car?

Not complaining because I paid for the V8, Tremec, and body style but yeah, pretty lame when your top of the line sports car cannot retain a garage door opener.......

They have lost far more than what is quoted above. However someone must be happy with the stock return of nearly 22% for this year. Go figure.
