The 2026 Mustang Dark Horse® coupe is ready for the streets and the track. Featuring a modified Gen-4 5.0 liter Coyote™ V8 engine — our most powerful naturally aspirated 5.0L V8 ever.

What has changed? If they are talking about a modified engine, I am excpecting more BHP
The Dark Horse has forged connecting rods. Otherwise its the same gen 4 Coyote block that the GT has. The extra 14 horse power comes from a different intake and tune.

You know what you have been a great upgrade? If they listened to the community and closed those stupid looking fender well holes.

Yeah I know. But when I read it, it perceived that the 2026 DH has more power than the 24/25 DH. That is why I got confused

Oh I gotcha. There are no changes that I'm aware of. Just fancy verbiage.

Yep. Sort of like those Borla S Type that are advertised as moderate. Dude hooked them up of a 24 GT with Swichfire and they were extremely loud. So they put on some twisted looking resonators to quiet them down. Then I noticed Borla themselves use bullet resonators on their own systems. Those things were extremely loud. Guess I'll stay stock until I find truly moderate mufflers.
