That is what you said which makes little sense. The rate of inflation and inflation are both lower now than they were because they are the same thing. I think I know what you actually mean but your first post was not clear.The rate of inflation may be lower, but inflation isn't lower. Two totally different things.
I was explaining rate of inflation vs inflation to you because you asked what the difference was.
