Yea Its crazy how most people live life.
Interest rates are a big problem right now. You have to counter it by putting more money down. But for me I am in no rush to get another mustang. Hopefully rates go down within the next couple of years. My 22 GT was 2.9% at 60 months, hopefully they go...
Its really not that risky if done correctly. I put 20% down on my 2022 GT and sold it a year later. The dealership write ME a check to buy the car. As long as you are not underwater on your loan there is very little risk involved. Its the people who put very little down with high interest rates...
There is a big difference between having a high salary and high net worth. Older people probably have a house paid off and or do not need to keep money in the markets as long as younger people. There kids might also be moved out of the house. Not to mention a couple of decades saving longer. A...
Some of us are high earning young people who want to enjoy life. I am sure for 55+ years old paying cash for a sports car is a lot easier. I mean this in a respectable way not trying to come off as mean.
I have never ever had a problem using the dealership provided rates rather it be through a bank they work with or manufacturer directly. I never understood why some people feel the need to involve a extra step with using their own bank or credit union. If you have top tier credit rating you will...
Yea my point being that anyone who wants a Dark Horse will get one. I expect this generation mustang to be out for at least 5 years. So you have plenty of time.
I believe when Ford says they want to keep it exclusive it just means they will probably limit car allocations to dealerships because they have to. If you want a Dark Horse you will get one. Might take 3 months or a year.
Have you driven a European performance car with a torque converted ZF transmission? What I noticed about being on mustang forums is a lot of guys here usually only buy American muscle type cars. I prefer autos in modern cars but I just have a hard to liking the A10. When I hear people liking it...
I really do believe the Dark Horse with a Tremec will be a very sought after car once they are gone. Not only did it have a V8 but also a well made manual.
Ford could do a much better job with the A10. Pretty much all European ZF and DCT transmission feel better than the A10. But most mustang owners probably don`t realize it.
Both are not ideal yes. But the Truck can handle winter driving A LOT better, can fit a family of 4 or 5 with no problem, is safer, and could be used to transport family stuff. Overall a Truck makes a lot more sense to be used as a daily driver for most people compared to a mustang.
Remember we...
If you are using your car to get from A to B without any enjoyment its a tool. I am speaking more than just pickup trucks here. From a value point of view a mustang is a terrible pick for people who don`t care about performance.
A mustang is a toy a pickup truck is a tool. You don`t need deep pockets to get a mustang but you need the correct living situation. Probably living something warmer and without kids. Its a harder car to buy for a lot of people.
One of my biggest problem with EV design is that the mid section of the car has to be long to fit the battery. Which is why a lot of them have a untraditional design. I think a EV coupe would be great but I do fear the overall design won`t be the classic muscle car shape.
Putting aside all the numbers and logic. In my opinion it all comes down to what you are willing to sacrifice in life to drive cooler more fun cars. For me cars are passion and a real motivation. As long as you can afford the payment and still put money away it should be fine. But I assume most...
