Anyone ever get an email like this? Got this for my original order. Still not built. Submitted 3/30/23. Just glad I went elsewhere at this point. I'd be livid otherwise.

9 months for a GT? That’s a bit excessive. Did the dealer have allocations for GTs?

I am happy to share that I was able to put my order in yesterday. A 6 speed GT Premium in Atlas Blue with 401A, Nite Pony, and Active Exhaust. For the most part this will be a daily driver for me, but only when not on the motorcycle or if the snow is too bad.

I am really excited for this to come. I have never put a custom order in for a car, but I wanted this one to have everything I had on my wish list and I wasn't in a hurry. I have owned both a 2000 and 2005 mustang and I am very excited to own another.

Anyone else in Canada ordered a 2024 in the past few months? I ordered a GT convertible on Dec. 18th. The dealer advised that I should hear something "shortly". Went back to the dealer to try to get an update on Jan. 10th. They assured me that I would receive additional information on my order in 7 - 10 days. I have still not heard anything, but have found a car at another dealer with the color I want and similar options - unfortunately it is about a 15 hour drive away. Not sure how long I should wait to hear something before asking for my deposit back and settling for something off a lot.

I seem to be stuck "in production". Window sticker still shows "Not for sale, do not ship" but Ford chat gave me an ETA delivery of 2/18-2/24. Anyone seen this before?

I don't know. It's supposed to be on a train right now, heading my way. I was curious about it taking 20 days from the factory to my dealer in that time span. I don't want to oversimplify the transportation, but I thought it would be faster than that.
