  1. Canada Roll Call

It is a small world. I was born and raised in Glace Bay and spent a lot of time in Sydney. I was down there last weekend helping my father get his cottage on the Mira River set up for him to move out there for the Summer.
  2. Canada Roll Call

I am quite familiar with Stratford, and actually live in Cornwall, the other side of the water from Charlottetown. Unfortunately, 91 octane is the best gas we can get here. I have been working on my 2010 Mustang all winter and have it tuned for 91 octane, would like to be able to tune it for...
  3. Canada Roll Call

Charlottetown, PE - 2024 Atlas Blue GT vert
  4. Convertible issues on the highway with top down

Following, I have the same issue with my automatic GT vert with the roof down on the highway. In Canada at the equivalent of 72 mph, windshield frame starts shaking to the point I have to slow down. If I brace my hand against it, it lessens a bit, I came feel it shaking and I am afraid the w/s...
  5. New Hampshire Convertible wind blockers

Disregard, I found the answer in another thread. I the convertibles, they are not located between the seat back and bottom as stated in the owners manual - they are in slits in the seat bottom that are invisible until you open them up with your fingers.
  6. Seat anchors

I just went through looking for these to install a Love the Drive wind deflector. Checked their instructions, the Ford manual, and watched a couple of videos, and had given up until I found this thread. The Ford manual says that they are between the seat back and seat bottom - not in the...
  7. New Hampshire Convertible wind blockers

Did you find the rear "Latch" attachments in your 2024 convertible? I got my "Love the Drive" wind deflector today and when I went to install the second straps where the latch connectors are shown as supposed to be, there were none there. I moved the seat top and bottom well apart all the way...
  8. Share your Fav S650 shot

Won the Maritime Mustang Club voting to be the Summer banner picture on the website.
  9. Lucky for me

Get a "Love the Drive" wind protector. Amazing how much it reduces the wind, and wind noise, and best of all, wind no longer messes the wife's hair.
  10. More and More 650s

Enjoy, weather forecast for next week is looking good. Do you stop in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island? I am originally from Nova Scotia, but have settled in Prince Edward Island. Lots to see and do in the Halifax area this time of the year.
  11. More and More 650s

S650s are still rare in Eastern Canada. Attended a Mustang show at a Ford dealer in New Brunswick over the weekend. Approximately 110 Mustangs there - only 4 S650s - a Dark Horse, two GT hard tops, and my GT convertible.
  12. Official ATLAS BLUE Mustang S650 Thread

Well, looks like Atlas Blue, along with three other colours (race red, splash yellow, dark matter grey), have been dropped for the 2025 model year, so we now have a one year only colour on our S650 model. The colour was used for a couple of years on the previous body style and is used on a...
  13. Paint issues?

Picked the car up this morning. Body shop did a good job and I am happy with the work. They took the bumper off, but did not paint the whole thing, only the affected section, which is the good thing. While inspecting it, the body shop guy mentioned the rear bumper seam ripple that many of us...
  14. Official ATLAS BLUE Mustang S650 Thread

I don't have one, but before I ordered my Atlas Blue vert, I looked at this one online at Fraser Ford in Oshawa, Ontario. Link: https://fraserford.ca/view/new-2024-ford-mustang-900164/ I decided I did not like the Bronze with the Atlas Blue.
  15. Paint issues?

Mine is going into an independent body shop on June 10th, approved by Ford, to have a bubbled paint issue to the right of the license plate and up in the corner, repaired. Hard to see. Felt the roughness while waxing the car. Seems to be a one off. Thought about leaving it alone, but both...
  16. Ford CEO says all electric mustang will never happen

It will be interesting to see what happens in Canada where the government has passed legislation mandating that all new cars sold here must be 100 electric, zero emission, by 2035. I have a feeling that lower mileage, ICE vehicles, in good shape, are going to be very valuable.
  17. 2024 GT Premium Finally Arrived, the Process

Congratulations on getting your car. Mine is the same specs as yours (Atlas blue GT, 401A, 10 speed, and AVE) except mine is a convertible with space grey interior. I ordered mine Jan 2 and it arrived at the dealership Feb 29. Like you, I am enjoying the car and driving it everyday the...
  18. Six Weeks Into Ownership - What Fun!

After getting the ford splitter home, I test fitted it several times. There is double faced tape preinstalled that goes down on top of the existing small front lip and it hooks into the front wheel well, including a portion at the bottom. It also comes with a small cleaner pad and a small...
  19. First Car Show of '24!

Yesterday was also our Mustang club’s first get together of the year at the local Ford dealer. Forty Mustangs there covering all generations, but only two S650 - my Atlas blue vert and a vapour blue hardtop.
