where do you guys get your numbers from?
here in Australia we do 0-100kms (which is like 0-62mph)
A10 is like 4.9 and M6 is like 5.5
I have never seen such high stated numbers for a 18+ GT/Bullitt/M1 or you are refering to actual timings folks are getting in AU?

However with that said IRL for a M6 export car around 5 would be the quickest possible IRL

Those are realistic numbers... At least for all non US Mustangs. Do you have a convertible? 4.6 is a common number for the coupe, +0.2 or 0.3 for the convertible is reasonable.

3.7 seconds at 0 - 60 MPH at 11.8 second in the quarter mile.
No way it hits 3.7 doesn't have the bottom end grunt at the lower rev band to launch it like a slingshot plus rear wheel drive will spin some. These cars will shine on rolls hitting upper rpms like every other coyote. 4.0 4.1 0-60 at best. Maybe just maybe a sub 12 second quarter mile.

noooooooooo. that's like 5.8

High Performance Package EB uses Focus RS Engine. 4.7 on manual, 4.5 on A10.
Technically mines 4.7 but I digress.
The Focus RS is 350bhp plus lighter plus AWD and will do 0-60 in 4.3 the new Ecoboost mustang is a complete new design inline 4 engine

correct. But- the 2020-2023 HPP are the Focus engine, rotated and tuned for a wide powerband. They are considerably better than the 20 extra HP would indicate bc of the 60% greater peak power band.

HPP- 332HP/350tq (2020) 330hp/350tq 2021-2023. The engineers said they could have tuned it for peak numbers (like the Focus RS) and gotten 360HP/375tq, but, the goal was a fun tune and wider power band and a safer for longevity tq number.
2020-2023 HPP 0-60 is 4.5seconds A10, 4.9seconds M6.

People are asking about 0-60 for the new S650 not the s550 hence the Redon I stated the it was a new design 2.3l inline 4

Yeah Fords sub 4s claim was pretty much on perfect conditions on a prepped dragstrip with a perfect launch, so more of a best case the car could achieve. I organized a dragrace last year, for european models we got the following quarter mile times:
EU Mach 1 MT: 14.1 (the gearing sucks hard!)
EU 2018 GT 10AT: 13.0
EU 2016 Camaro 2SS 8AT: 12.2 (it beat the GT on every single head-to-head race we did)
There was a bit of room for improvement, but not that much. At least for european models I wouldn't hold my breath that Gen 7 is magically way faster. a Dark Horse won't stand a chance against a M240i. It's alarming that Ford is completely quite on performance numbers while they heavily marketed how fast the 18 refresh was.

I ran 12.2-12.3@~190km/h consistently with my A10 18 GT on the street :p, the GTs are way under tired from factory I would say and need more rubber to hook, most likely the SS manages the grip better with OEM sizes. Maybe I got a unicorn, at speed other cars with more HP did not beat me by much(like one car length) up to 200+ (e.g. RS6 C7). Also to keep in mind the SS has 100NM more than the EU GT if I am not mistaken and 5hp more and is lighter

Talking about stock Mustang of course. With suspension tuning, powerchanging mods, lighter wheels, wider tires and increasing downforce on the rear with a spoiler you will achieve better times like yours.

Lowering springs will not make any difference quite the opposite as they are stiffer I would say(in a launch), the GT350 wing will help jack shit(would potentially slow that car down)

As mentioned the GT is under tired! The thing that might have helped apart from the tires(which will reduce the trap speed) is the cradle lock out I had (if even that) for 200 EUR and less than 1h to install at home (which is needed more or less anyway). Maybe also the the change of drop in filter I had for 50 EUR.

What is more interesting is the trap speed and 100-200 times

anyway it is all theoretical until we can drive 2024 and test it out!

Still concerned on why Ford has not presented anything at all... 500hp is a number... 486 another but real world performance might be very close to "old" 18+ version...
I wouldn't expect anything but minor improvements.

I’m expecting 11.5s bone stock on a tire for 10r80 cars..DH probably a tad slower due to extra weight/aero.
Seriously?

S550s 10A are 12.1 at 120 mph cars. The new cars will be slower, as they're heavier and have less power.

Dead serious… Mach 1s are going 11.7s-8s and a GT will be 200 lbs lighter with more power.

Perhaps on a prepared track surface, but in real world tests they don't even come close to that. Limited traction is a pain in the arse.
