The tremec(+torsen with 3:73 gearing in the DH) has shorter gearing and will surely be quicker in a sprint compared to the MT-82 with 3:55 trac-loc on the GT

It's not that you mess with thing having bushings, your suspension geometry change when lowering causing the the bushings to bind.
Not saying that that is the only thing that can cause it but in general where you have connections points in the suspension having rubber bushing the "clocking"...

I reckon with something like the Borla ATAK or Corsa Extreme on a GPF equipped car it is simlar to a US counterpart with X or H-pipe from a volume perspective. Potentially even a bit lower.
