Nothing of the kind. My complaints are merely opinions. and I am not in any way a 'no offense but' kind of guy, especially not in my line of work. The car grows on me and then it doesn't, depending on what I see. You can't honestly say you like 'everything' about the car. Once you say something...
A well thought out and lucid reply ... but not even close to being correct. In fact, most of it is the exact opposite; however, you can believe what you desire to believe, that is your right and I will back you up 100%. The 18 plus is extremely cohesive, well thought out and the lines sre spot...
Nah! Although I like the 24 in general, I disagree. The headlights are its worse feature. The 18 headlights were spot on and a welcome change from the 'every-car' upturn of the headlights. Catfish? The 24's grill is just to wide looking to me. Looks like it's trying to say something but just...
The opposite with me and people I talk to concerning the 18 plus. It has more lines than the 24 and those lines flow beautifully IMO, along with the headlights. Nothing glaringly wrong with the 24, I just don't like it as much. Eye of the beholder, I guess.
The car continues its 'meh' theme for me. It looks 'ok or good' in some areas, but why anybody prefers that front end over EITHER s550 front end is beyond me ... IMO.
I am not a yellow fan, but the s650 looks good in that color. Still think the s550, especially 18 plus, has a better looking front end. The grill just looks to wide to me and they should have kept the dual heat extractors ala 18 plus, just maybe make them look a little different than the s550...
It will sell well, just not as well as Ford may think, or hopes, IMO. I like the design in many ways and in other ways I do not. I feel that this is just a stepping stone towards the next chapter ... EV, and right now it is just a redesigned s550, like it or not.
Dated or no, I love my '19 dash and will never warm-up to the 650 dash. Before I consider the car, that needs to change and look like it belongs and wasn't just a quick afterthought. It will change, IMO, by 2026.
Couldn't disagree more. The 550 has better definition, purpose and cohesiveness. The 650, even though it is a good 'starting' point, does not flow very well. The front and rear look like two different cars thrown together. Ford seemed to hurry it, IMO. Wait 2 more years and I think there will be...
I still think that it needs either a gloss or satin black between the rear lights. It would just look better. To me, it looks like they just forgot to do that and left it as is to get it out there, just like they 'forgot' to integrate the dash board. A lot of forgetting on an otherwise decent...
I agree about the circuit course, too many straight-a-ways. On a continuous curvy road, with the GT carrying almost 200 lbs more up front, the 4T will slowly but surely get further and further away (Drivers being equal). I didn't want a muscle car. I just wanted a sports couple that was nice...
I see what you did there. That front end isn't even actually any 550 you see on the road. It is unnatural,.. but like the previous post, it's still better looking than a 'big mouth'.
Nothing wrong with either Mustang. You don't have to have a V8 and its straight line speed to enjoy a Mustang and its great looks and pedigree. The ecoboost will out-maneuver and out- handle the coyote all day long.
BTW, the Ford GT is an ecoboost.
Even though I still feel my '19 is a better design, IMO, from bumper to bumper than the 650 (from all the photos), I will still wait to see it live and in person before I conclude anything. It's a 'Stang, I feel I owe it at least that.
