5 SPURS Start Button Install

One thing I always hated about the S650 Mustang is that dark maroon start button. I’m not sure what they were thinking with this color. I finally found a replacement from 5 Spurs in Europe. Even though it was shipped from Europe, it arrived within a week. It was real easy to install. You just pop out the center console and take out the start button to remove the cap and replace it with the one from 5 in New York Spurs. I had installed a carbon fiber cover on the stock button, but it was printed off center. That’s what I get for ordering a cheap one off Amazon. This looks so much better.

Ok. Took me a couple minutes to find the red one.

I ordered the Race Horse button, which appears to only come in black; but if you get the metal start button, you can get it in red with the race horse logo on it.

yes. works very well without any damage to the trim or the button

What tool did you use?

Just finished installing DH centet caps, but had to pull wheels.
