Has anyone installed or heard of this front parking camera being installed? If so does it work as promised? How difficult was the install?

Agreed! I was excited to see that the company and tech look legitimate!

The shop estimated 2-3 hours for the install, and quoted me $325. I dropped Daisy off at 8:00 am, and they just called, it will be ready by 5:00. I asked if they ran into any problems or go busy and he said no, it just took longer than they expected. He complimented the tech and said I’m going to be very happy. I’ll keep u posted.

Short for time but here’s pictures. I DON’T like the camera placement and they used a button to switch on the camera vs 5 miles an hour auto on, so not ecstatic about the install but the product looks great. I’ll move the camera back, flush with the grill.

The camera placement is diabolical. Glad you can reposition it. How is the video? can you show what you see when it’s enabled?

Yes, I have to run now but I’ll post the view from the monitor tonight, the picture is crystal clear. I used a high-end custom shop, and that’s the placement they go with? Daisy asked me if I gave her a droopy nose. I told her not to despair, a plastic surgeon is coming tomorrow.

See if the kit came with any sort of printed or virtual instructions. I wonder if there's a setting of some sort that you can trigger the views with vs. physi6button. I think that Naviks has that option (auto or manual trigger with the "OK" button).

The camera doesn’t fit between the grill slats making placement a challenge. I going to try to move it to the bottom of the grill, try to have it recessed behind the grill or al least level.
