One question, are windscreen shades not a thing in the States?
They're super common here and in OZ.

(++) Steeda H pipe. a must have if youre not going crazy dropping tons of $ on longtubeheaders or cat back systems. Dare i say the H pipe alone sounds better than most cat back systems ive heard.

(++) Phastek rock guards front and rear. Another Must have on day one in my opinion. Solid secure mounting. Great fit. Great look.

(+) Steeda Stop the Hop kit. it does add very very mild nvh. dont believe them when they say it doesnt. 100% worth it though. Would do again in a heartbeat.

(+) rear HP spoiler on a non HP DH. easy install. no problems. Makes it look like not an S550 performance pack car lol

(neutral) J&L catch can. probably improving the health and longevity of the engine? I donno.

(neutral) Steeda Vertical Link -for the DH it was a very mild improvement. DH vertical link is already pretty robust. maybe on a GT its a more noticeable upgrade.

(-) ZL1 addon rock guards. Terrrrrrrible. the fronts are fine, but the rears are a hot mess. avoid at all costs.

Sunscreen?

I rolled the dice on this and it fits like a glove. Looks good. Sturdy too. i expect it to last the life of the car. 120 seems excessive, i picked it up for 90 around black friday and i still felt like i got robbed lol.

They are mandatory on every car in Arizona. So common i never think to consider it a "mod".

FWIW, I have the J&L on my MY23F150 3.5 Powerboost, I change my oil every 5k miles and the in that time recently I emptied an almost full can. Temps here in Maine have been in the teens since the first week of Dec which has a lot to do from what I've read.

Likely not catching everything but some is better than nothing.

I splurged and order the Ford kit.

Not sure it is a mod but we are forced to install a front license plate so rather than drill holes in the bumper I installed a Sto and Go plate holder.

Yep. I have the 60 year anniversary one. I say mandatory as a joke. But they help keep the car cooler and save your interior from sun damage.
I mean not MANDATORY but if you don't have one here we all judge you for making poor decisions.

What is it you don’t like about the J&L catch can? I have this on my to do list.

My one regret with the Mustang is that my fancy Temu umbrella style sun screen does not fit.
And I can't find a folding one with a horse on it.

When my car was brand new, the 1st thing I did was steeda progressive springs, cradle bushings, and locating dowels.

it instantly had not only much better stance and handling, but it eliminated all the slop from the IRS cradle and the car was instantly transformed.

I noticed immediately the rear cradle “tied in” to the chassis., anyway highly recommend

I kinda regret stuffing a 275 drag radial on the stock 8.5 inch wheel, need to find a 9.5 or 10 for better footprint
