We were out in my wife's Mustang yesterday evening for dinner and shopping, so now it's been exposed to snow with only 1400 miles on it. :) We got less than an inch and it wasn't sticking to the roads.

Clean it as soon as possible. Many municipalities pre treat roads and once wet it can get on your car! Glenn

I have those on my CR-V. love them. it's like driving on bare pavement at all times. Let me know how long you keep your studs or if you manage to throw them out. I am trying out VikingContact 8's and they're still new. They stop pretty well but getting going takes effort.
After a few months of daily driving, I still have all the studs. The traction is very good. The only thing that throws the front end around a bit is deep slush.

we ended up with ~3 inches of snow on Saturday in Oklahoma, decided to order some pizza hut takeout because i knew my Ram could handle it...sadly the battery could not (love those Ram power drains), luckily the Mustang started right up no fuss. drove the ~1.5 mile to and from Pizza hut on my summer NT555G2s with a Whipple on top and the only issue i had was getting going from a stop light that was on a slight incline (gee, i wonder why) but otherwise she handled the light dusting easily thanks to my experience dealing with New England winters in my old 2010 GT

I recently got caught in a snowstorm on the highway with my set of PP wheels and tires.

Brother, when that first inch accumulates, its a seriously puckering experience, hahah. You just know that at any moment a bump could hit the rear wheel, upset the rear and you're sideways.

I rarely get scared while driving, but that was a sweaty two hours drive. If the highway was busy, I wouldn't have even bothered. First time I've ever driven summer perf tires in the snow, and hopefully the last.

Didn't realize that weekend blizzard went so far west. My buds in NY were sending me videos where the snow was piling up over their cars, hahah
