For '24s and '25s, starting discounts of 5-10% from MSRP are common in my area.

Checking '26s, discounts of 2-7% off MSRP are on offer, depending on the spec.

Dealer lots of all makes and models are stuffed. '26s are incoming, with '25s and some '24s still sitting.

Sometimes over 10% is possible. I imagine these discounts will get better when the Dark Horse Boss hits showrooms.

I bought mine October 2025 for $11K under MSRP in Canada. It was a 2024, brand new with 65km on it. In SCdn, the MSRP was $81560 and I paid $71K. I paid less than a new GT. There are still many 2025s left on dealer lots, look around, out of state and you will find DH that have been sitting a long time...
The most of MSRP I've seen was 16K, but this was fully loaded, track pack, painted roof and Carbon wheels..

There are a few that are discounted. You can find them on a new vehicle search via car gurus. Search to find them there and then go to the dealership’s website to make sure it is in stock.

I got my 2025 DH in November for invoice. They said they had a '26 coming in and they needed the showroom space. They even showed me the invoice from Ford, but said I couldn't photograph it.

I've never seen more than $2000 off on a 2026 DH; they're quite rare and cannot be easily ordered if you want one before the 2027 model year.

If you're willing to take delivery of one sitting on a dealer lot, availability is a little bit better.

I bought my 24 DH Premium new off the lot for $63k when marp was $67k.
