What country would require a degree to wrench on cars?
Ford issues a procedure to solve the problem.
You don't get paid for being creative or going beyond what Ford tells you to do, and you will be paid based upon how long Ford believes it should take.
You could have a PhD from Caltech, it...
Yes - basically a dealer can order a car whenever they want, but it will not actually be pulled from the system and built until they have an allocation.
I went to the three biggest dealers in my area and none had an allocation.
There was no reason for them to mislead me on that and lose a...
Dealers need an allocation to order.
Many dealers do get just a single DHP allocation per model year, but those with high sales or who meet other targets get extra allocations as a reward from Ford.
Some dealers also trade allocations with others.
No matter how you slice it the Tremec is better if you're a MT person - it feels better, it shifts better and is completely worth the price differential.
Then again, I'm the kind of person who would never even consider purchasing a vehicle without a manual.
Program details, emboldening mine:

Here's why your phone gets so hot:
Wireless charging requires precise alignment of the charger coil and phone coil to work optimally. This is why Apple has always had MagSafe, and why it is part of the Qi2 standard: the magnets precisely align the coils.
The problem is the pads in cars just...
if you're a manual transmission person, the Tremec is well worth the upcharge for the DH; with a GT optioned the same as the DH you're only looking at about $3K.
From what I understand, this is typical:
Where things get complicated is certain options may delay builds if Ford is out of parts, and I understand that they do not build the Dark Horse with the handling package during the coldest winter months.
I haven't had to replace a clutch… ever.
However, never underestimate the ability of someone who doesn't know how to drive a manual to destroy a clutch within a few hundred miles.
Sometimes it's stupidity, sometimes it's treating the clutch pedal as a footrest.
According to the terms and conditions of your policy.
For example, you can claim that the use of third-party body panels is not “restoring your vehicle to pre-loss condition.”
Your policy likely states they can.
It's the same now with third-party window glass not containing the easter eggs...
Given to get those discounts you need to purchase a left-over model that is a model year old rather than option one to your exact preferences, that seems silly.
If you're paying this much, you should get one with the exact option complement you want, not one extra option or one missing option...
I have had to have multiple repairs done to my windshield and have had four replaced on my daily driver over the time I've owned it with zero negative effects to my rates or policy.
Perhaps it's just Colorado, where having to have your windshield replaced is a regular rite of passage, and the...
Try living in Colorado; it's standard to need a new windshield here every two to three years, which is why most of us carry $0 deductible glass coverage.
If you want to pay for a $1800+ windshield out of pocket, feel free.
