Infotainment wireless charger support

Hi,
I get my Dark Horse a few weeks and since the 2025 DH in Brasil came without the wireless charger, I bought the oem charger sale from the infotainment.com web site. They have a very explained video about how to install, assuming that all the 2024/25 GT and DH without the wireless charger came with a pre wired plug for the charger.

Unfortunately, my DH doesn’t have the pre wire plug for the charger.
I tryed to contact then for more than a month, without any success. Nobody car about it.
I really would like to to install the charger, even if it not works perfect with the icons on infotainment screen showing information about charging.
anyone could help me to install it?

I don't think any of the 2025 DH come with wireless charging. Hence don't have the wire for it.. sorry to disappoint, call Ford to verify maybe?

MIne works great, have an iPhone 14 Pro Max with case. It does need to be in just the right spot but works with top of phone to left or to the right. I would check with ford if yours is not working right. Might be why they removed it.

Hi Ivan, my DH 2025 also did not have it installed, I think maybe the OEM had issues, after trying random phone accesories with wireless charging and nothing was fitting nicely, someone on the forums here mentioned a 3D printed one from etsy.
I went there and found a member ADOUBLEU3D and ordered it, it fits perfectly and you can customize it to your liking. I'm tempted to buy one or two more just in case to be honest.
I think if you type his name or: Wireless MAGSAFE Charging Pad: Fits all 2024+ Mustangs , you will find it.
I customized mine to be blue and say Dark Horse.

the black thing in the middle is the magsafe it is magnetic and the white ring around it is small led i think cause it glows green, but it's under the phone so doesn't really matter.

Probably could power it from the accessory power port, it wouldn't give any charge indication on screen, but should charge... I did something similar in another car.

Mine too... exactly the same, has to be the right spot. Samsung S 23 w full cover case.

I think there were far too many issues with the charge pads (supplied by the lowest bidder), so they just quit putting them in.

How does it install? I ordered from Etsy but when I remove the rubber insert from factory, it does not sit level. Did you remove the existing charge pad?

in the 2025 it did not have an existing charger pad, it was just an empty cubby cause they did not have built in charging, and it fit there perfectly, i'm not sure about models that have a built in one :(

I can't quite tell from the picture on Etsy, is the central charging spot raised slightly to connect with the back of the iPhone 17 pro? The stupid camera plateau means a lot of wireless chargers are useless for this phone, including the Ford charging pad in my Expo.

Mine works Ok now, after I got rid of the carbon phone case. But the phone gets hot, I won't use it on a long trip.
