Do a search for:

Official - Project6GR Wheels For Your S650 Mustang And Dark Horse

They offer a Rear 19X11 Option with the same offset as the stock wheels no matter what s650 Mustang you have, so it doesn't matter if it's a Dark Horse, GT or EcoBoost, they should work.

I should have pictures in about 3 weeks; I sent my wheels in to be power coated gloss black. When they arrive, I'll get new tires and put them on the car.
25mm Spacer
1" longer than stock extended studs. You have to cut off the head of the stud if you want to use the factory lug nuts, otherwise open lug nuts are required.
I didn't have any rubbing issues; my car has not been lowered.
If I remember right, they have about the same poke as the rear tires.
I did it so I could rotate the tires and as a bonus the car seems to handle a little better. Less oversteer when you hit a corner hard.

I did make one other modification I forgot to add, I adjusted the front camber to negative 2.10. I can't say if there will be any rubbing issues without this adjustment.

As Ford increased rim width from 9 to 11 inches, they moved the rim outboard as well. As you know, Weldcraft will add the 2 inches inboard without moving rim outboard. So comparing a DH HP 11in rim fitment to your stock 9in wheel is not the same. If my numbers are correct, your current backspacing is 6.77in and it will become 8.77 inches. The 11in DH wheel has a backpacking of 8.07 inches. So you are right to ask the question. A measurement would be nice to confirm fitment.

CobraKit you are correct, I can only speak of the unmodified factory wheel that came with my car.
Good catch.

That’s what I’m trying to ascertain- if this is even worth pursuing….

just love the look of the stock PP wheels!

I have a PP and a whipple. I also liked the the PP wheels but decided to go with what I knew would fit with no issues. LMR set of 19x10 for the front and 19x11 for the rear. When doing this you also shed some weight. The PP wheels are heavy. Good luck with your wheel setup

Thanks. I am having trouble picturing all of this. Photos would help. An eleven inch wide wheel is really pushing it up front, which is why Ford stopped at 10.5 (and I think even then they stop the steering short, which gives the Dark Horse handling package a very wide turning radius). I am very curious what this looks like, especially since the width is already to the outside on the rear wheel, and you are adding a spacer, moving the wheel even further to the outside . . .

Not sure what size tire you want to run, but maybe a 1.5in addition would be better. Still could run a 305/30 or 315/30. Still need to confirm. If i get a chance this week, maybe I'll put car on lift and take some measurements.

Thank you man I appreciate it! I’m open to whatever will work the best for…

So I’ve got my 2026 scheduled to be here in December.

Performance Pack 301A

adding supercharger from the dealer.

can someone more experienced with these platforms help me out on this?

my initial thought is to run this setup:

Take the wider rear wheels and run them as fronts, and take the fronts and have WeldCraft widen them by 2” to 19x11” - will cost around $700.

Will this fit underneath the GT w PP?

I don’t want new wheels- I want to keep the stock look and just tuck more rubber underneath the rears for traction from the supercharger.

thanks in advance
You are going to have offset problems putting the rears on the fronts.

Also, that is a lot of work to widen wheels, and certainly not worth the savings.

Spend the money and get the correct new wheel sizes. There are lots of used take offs available if you don't want to buy new.

Also...you may want to consider a 10" square set up.

The front wheel doesn't really move much further outside; this is because the rear wheel has a 52.5 offset and the front a 24mm offset. Adding a 25mm spacer with the rear 52.5 mm factory wheel gives the front just a 3.5 mm difference from the factory setting.

You are correct, the center of the rear wheel is 25mm further out on the front hub with the spacer, but because of the different shape or offset of the wheels, the outer part of the wheel stays about the same.
