I highly doubt you ever drove a Tesla on a drag strip, and you probably never owned any of the cars you stated above . (juvenile BS artist)

Furthermore, (in case you are an adult) unless you have been on an alcoholic bender, or some mind bending drug concoctions why would a reasonable and prudent person "EVER" think a Mustang GT could or would keep up with any of the cars mentioned.

Let me clarify, my last 3 cars were a 2021 Porsche 911 turbo S cab with 650 hp. A 2021 Ferrari F8 Tributo with 720hp and a Tesla Model S Plaid with 1020hp.

Some life changes forced me to sell all those hot rods and this is my first sports car in 2 years. Now I do really like this car, it has a lot of nice features, looks great, sounds awesome but it just isn’t that fast. (Relatively speaking)

I will definitely be getting a supercharger sooner rather than later. Of course different strokes for different folks and I know for a lot of people 480hp is plenty.

The Tesla was crazy fast, drive to the drag strip on stock tires, run a 9.2 at 150mph in the quarter mile and drive home. It sure doesn’t have the sound and feel of a V8 which I love but dang it was so fun and so fast.

Flame suit is on let her rip!

Do a Whipple stage 2 add some fuels a few other goodies the car run 9,s in the 1/4 mile 4,s 60-130. Much more fun than a plaid.

OP… discourse aside, you’re gonna really enjoy it supercharged, I’d go straight to a whipple stage 2 kit.

I immediately noticed the few extra hundred lbs of TQ, even in lower rpm cruising situations a must! And then the car will of course have the HP to wring out through the rpm’s

I’m a Michigan guy too, this forum has people from all over and not everyone understands our car culture here

I went long tubes, whipple stage 2, BAP and just run it on E30, everything is super well engineered to work together.
