I started driving mine last month. I have not had any issues-knock on wood!

My S650 is one year old on May 10th. No issues except a hole in a half shift boot ( shaft replaced). Oh and my Stop/start system is broken. I guess I will just have to live with it. :like:

I have a big gap in the headliner/window gasket in my DH. I have a feeling it’s been there for quite a while but I’m never in the passenger seat so I’ve never once looked until my wife finally said something, gonna make an appointment and get it addressed.
Something else I’ve noticed is the occasional clutch slippage (or what feels like slip).

I mean a 500hp car for 40k is pretty much uncharted automotive territory. I can live with a few minor gremlins.

Yeah the window gasket thing was the same on my old 2015 GT. I would just run my finger through the gasket and it would sit back right.

It feels like on this one the headliner is cut to short or is shifted way to far the other way. (If that makes sense)
Can you post a few pictures of where it's at and how it sags?

Better hope you didn’t glaze that clutch during break in
Doubtful, I took care of her for the first 3-4k miles before ever heavily ripping on it. Never noticed the “slip” feeling until recently. Not really sure how I would have possibly glazed it

OTA updates can even take longer than 5 months.
Connect it to your home wifi, the reason it looks like it takes forever is because the software doesn't tell you when it's complete when its finished downloading/uploading. Just back out of the screen that updates your software after a couple minutes then go back to the update it will say its good to go.

No, if Ford is not sending you the update, you will not receive the update to download it, not matter what your car is connected to. Not all cars get the update on the same time. This is something that is well known for years, even on the F150. It really can take months between me and you to get the same update. They go in batches, and there is not a way to tell who gets it first and who gets it last.

You're probably right, All I know is that when I got my mustang the voice activation and my phone calls weren't picking up anything so I went in and did a factory reset on via the tablets in the dash and reinstalled all the updates. Still had the same issue come to find out the car didn't have a microphone in it.

Can get them over the air, through wifi, or through a manual install/upload. Wifi just makes them upload quicker
There is a simcard in your vehicle connected to your local network just like your phone. That's how it receives updates.
