It has automotive double sided tape and you put the included silicon adhesive into channels around the perimeter. No bolts.
I read somewhere online that this fits over the existing spoiler. That can't be right is it? I assume you have to take the old spoiler off.

My car had the spoiler delete option so I didn’t have a spoiler to take off.

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on this. Only thing give me pause is the silicone adhesive. I don't wasnt to damage the paint is I decide to take it off later. Any insight into this?

Ugh. Well this went from good to bad in a hurry.

I came out to check my work and realized the spoiler was positioned too far forward, and the rear inside curve of the spoiler wasn't sitting flush on the decklid. The only way you could tell was from looking at it from the side with the trunk open. Im glad I check because the only thing holding it on was the front double sided tape. 🤦‍♂️

So I just re-did the whole thing. What an absolute pain in the ass. Trying to get this thing to sit flush on all the mating surfaces is damn near impossible. Why in gods name these things don't have bolts that line up with the factory holes, I have no idea. So much extra work messing around with the adhesive and tape.

It's curing now with weights and tape Trying to hold it down to get it flush. If it doesn't come out, I'm pitching this thing in the trash.
