He won’t have that module, once you get the full kit (must have the wireless charging module) take the interior apart, plug up the existing harness (should be there already) and then you need to figure out how to get forscan to recognize the new module. They should be able to help with this. @erasat - I was considering doing this but have heard bad things about the oem wireless charger. Found one take off that was $90 for the whole set. Just minus programming

I should also clarify the $90 kit was about a month ago. It’s long gone unfortunately lol

Yeah, the module is what's included with this replacement and it connects to a pre-existing wiring, and yes, you're right, what I'll need is the ForScan code changes for it to recognize it.

That's why I'm trying to figure it out before I order this as I'm really sure I won't pay $400 for the Infotainment one even when they include everything as a plug and play kit, but for me and my little use for it, I can pay the $100 for the one I found but not $400.

Thank you.

Yes, according to Infotainment.com, and in that same video they mention that all cars come pre-wired, and according to another user from that I came across that pointed me to that video said that he had a 300A group and bought from them and just followed that video and installed it and it's working great.

This is not a $400 good upgrade for me, I'm just thinking about it because I just found one, with everything included but the Genie Programming tool, for $100. At that price I'll do it, I'm just trying to see if I can get the ForScan changes that can imagine will replace the Programming tool they provide with their $400 upgrade kit.

I have no experience about aftermarket stuff. I can only compare OEM cars with each other.
Best thing is just to ask the company itself who is selling it.

To clarify, it’s not aftermarket it’s OEM
Parts. It’s basically coding the OEM software to recognize the module similar to forsan.

Once he plugs in an OEM take off from a premium, he will need to know how to unhide the WACM module in forscan. As the part has not been installed yet however the harness is installed (almost positive) on all base cars.

What I mean with that is that it's a different company than Ford is selling this and making it work on vehicles who don't have it. I can't compare factory Mustangs with each other while 1 doesn't have the WACM module installed. That's something the seller should know.

It would be the same as if I installed the CCM module

Ok, I didn't explain well before, it's an OEM take off from another S650 2024 Ford Mustang, It's not an aftermarket piece.

So besides replacing that part with the one that includes the Wireless charger module, the only thing I won't have is the programming tool. So that's why I asked for your help again finding those changes needed comparing my As Built with any other model that comes with this Wireless charger module from factory.

Exactly, sorry about my previous vague posts. Sometimes the language barrier doesn't help either. Thank you.

Lol my english is not so good either
Well, we have worked and understood better before so let me try to do it again.

In a summary, can you help Identify the differences between my As Built to another Premium model with the wireless charger module from factory? I have checked already the Spreadsheet but it seems that if not a single line code change like I have done other things before, things like the Speed Signs detection that requires different changes from different modules, I've been missing important ones that doesn't make it work.

No, I don't have it as I haven't placed the order waiting to know if I would be able to program this using ForScan.

Question if you know, my free 60 days trial license expires in a couple of weeks, this module even I buy it today, won't arrive by that date, where I found it they treat us as a foreign country and not a US Territory so they send it as International Shipping, is the Extended 1 Year ForScan license purchase still working? I've read I think it was here and in other places that there are some issues processing payments and they haven't been able to get the extended license.

If somebody here knows about it, thank you for letting me know if I can just pay the $20 once I get what I'm planning to buy and will be able to pay for it and use ForScan without issues.

You can renew your 2 month Forscan license for free.
