it seems as of the 2025 model year, Mustangs will no longer be coming with the fabric pouch that would normally hold the owners manual and supplements. no doubt to cut costs just that little bit, but those savings are definitely not getting put towards the customer given the harsh price increases. anyone who has a 2024 Mustang, not only are you all the last model year with wireless charging pads, you are the last model year with that nice little bonus pouch. 2025+ owners, it seems Ford hopes the slab of cardboard in the pouch's place is a suitable replacement. as far as i can tell, there is no part number for it, either

I can't speak for others, but when I use the wireless charging pad, my iPhone gets to hot to handle! I'd believe that is closer to reality than cost cutting. Imagine leaving your smartphone laying there while you're filling the tank.... Then blooie fire and smoke.

I wouldn't worry about losing the wireless charging pad... they suck. Though removing features, but increasing prices is a dick move.
If we want to keep the mustang around, and sales numbers are dropping, you gotta make that money up somewhere. If you can't get it from selling a lot of cars, then you get it from making more profit with each individual car. It's just the nature of the auto industry. Until the mustang goes back to selling 6 figures a year, this is the way it's gotta be to justify keeping it around. It's frustrating, but I understand why Ford does it. I'd rather live in a world where the mustang is more expensive than a world with no mustang at all friends.

I don't see why everyone is so upset. I mean look at that craftsmanship? I paid 92k CAD for my Dark Horse and I can only WISH I had gotten something with this level quality.

I didn’t even get those plastic things that are supposed to be under the car for the PP. I had no idea they weren’t there or were included, my bad for waiting so long.

Guess they could always just not include things until someone asks.

Might as well apply this to anything sold in America.

Given the product shrinkage over the last several years where manufacturers sell you a smaller product for the same price, ie my favorite brand of OJ used to have 64oz, it is now, 52 and 50cents more.

Ford should follow suit and shrink the Stang, and lighten her by 300lbs.

I'm still mad I didn't get the owners manual the size of a bible.

Can't believe they did away with it :frown:

You got a pouch.....many of us got nothing, not even a hard copy of the Owner's Manual.
Yep. I bought an owners manual ($50?). And damn sure never saw a pouch. It's the little things that are most noticeable.
