Hissing Noise from engine bay

Does anyone else have a loud hissing noise coming from engine bay when accelerating under light or normal throttle? its pretty annoying, Dealer said it was intakes with the new double intake system, but a previous one I test drove did not have it and I had my friend rev it while I listened under the hood, you can hear it for a second on light revs and it seems to be coming somewhere under the engine cover not intakes.

Yeah I can hear mine as well when going under 5 miles per hour and accelerating normally from a stop with the windows down.

I have a 24 6speed 5.0. When I get on it I do hear a whine between 2.5-3k. It used to be consistent, but it is getting harder to replicate for me. I can only hear when my window is down. I have 1.6k miles.

That's what I said but they insisted it was the intake and didn't even check..
