cover engine bay wires with flexible plastic tubes / sleeve?

Hey, folks.

On my old Mustang, there were these tubes around the engine harness wires. Now it's just wires and tape. Do you think it's a good idea to have all the wires protected, like this video shows? Any downsides, and any experience doing this? thanks

It’s usually tape or loom, not both. cuz if both, when does it end, is it tape in the loom or tape over the loom. Imo, not worth the potential hassle unless already doing wiring.
