That also means no updates?Pull fuse number 8 passenger side foot pannel. Turns off power to the lte modem, it's wifi and other telemetrics.
This is true, hence all jokes about saying "car parts car parts car parts" when near your wife's phone.privacy in the modern age is a myth. your car spies on you. your phone spies on you. your computer spies on you. your house spies on you. other people's phones spy on you. honestly, i think at this point it may be too late to push back on it, companies have been inching into people's lives with incremental nice to have "oh, that's useful!" features until oops! companies know you better than your family or any stalker does
Which of these services is specific for Ford? Privacy 4 Cars? It's gotten rather orwellian for sure. Short of disengaging and living in a cave. You will always have some data collection you can mitigate it to a fairly good degree. Delete me and opterry help as well as places like privacy 4 cars all of which act as agents to remove your data from brokers. I'm not paranoid it's when I stop being paranoid they get me.
It aint called ‘programming’ for no reasonWe've done this to ourselves. A lot of us here can remember when our parents bought their first TV, and later their first color TV. How delightful. First B&W Howdy-Doody and then color Mickey Mouse club! Then suddenly our grandkids are into TikTok, Facebook, X, and a few more social media sites. Each one of these milestones were (are) a step closer to full control by the powers that be. Heck, we've even allowed them to take away our stick shifts!
