1) BMWs - all bankers with a W
2) Audis
3) Moms on the school run in their people carriers.

As for waving at fellow stangsters....love it. Come on get a sense of community. With all the shit going on in this world a bit of happiness goes a long way :-)

Was driving around this past Monday after supper. Had some kids cruise past me in a new Bronco. They were waving at me acting like I was Bo Darville or something. Not used to owning a car that gets this kind of attention.

Of course, there's always the people who don't want to let me merge in front of them, but they race everybody on the daily. I just laugh, downshift, and mat the gas. They have to be packing more than 460 horses to keep me back.

I'm driving a GT with headers, x pipe, aluminum driveshaft and I almost never get a race (olympia area). I usually get camaros that speed up when they see me coming or lame imports that try to swim by before I know they are there. I don't swim; that's not racing, it's scaring moms with kids in the car and people driving to grandmas house. The stage 2 Whipple is getting bolted on soon and the drag radials are going on the car all summer. I'm considering removing the 5.0 badge so maybe people will think it's an Ecoboost. I wanna bait the bullies for a bully beat-down

Slap an Ecoboost pony on the deck lid. I did. It looks better than the GT. Car was black so the badges were painted atlas blue. If you're got to have the Whipple get Outlaw half shafts too. Maybe steeda Street stop the hop kit. They're worth the dough.

Yeah, I have the stop the hop kit, billet oil pump gears and sprocket. The half shafts will be this winter. I'm only hitting from a roll until then. After that it's gonna be addressing the MT-82 D4 with a Calimer or T56 Mag and twin disk clutch. I might have to get the decklid badge.

Sounds like someone knows where they're headed. Like to get a Fox Body and put a new Coyote of the present generation. But already spent enough purchasing Mustangs for the family.

My Dark Horse has a Whipple and a 6 spd. the only person wanting to race me was a Trackhawk hellcat. we roll raced twice and had to slow because of traffic. Both time he got the hit but one gear change I was beside him and then just kept pulling on him both times we backed out because I had a good half a car leed and like I said traffic made us stop. I'm pretty sure it was stock with a load axle back on it. It left me surprised and I had a big smile on my face.

Around here in the North Shore of Chicago, it’s very wealthy so there’s more Porsche, Audi, BMW, and Tesla’s than anything else and honestly the Teslas just love to show off , it’s pretty much every time I take a drive. I laugh, because I can throw an iPad 100 ft down the road faster than my car any day, so screw electric crap cars!… lmao
Last night, the wife and dog were on the way back from dinner when a 2025 Harley Road Glide made it a point to bypass all traffic and get next to me at a stop light on route 41. We floored it and he slightly pulled away until I shifted into 2nd, then by 3rd he was a car length behind and we were going way too fast and I let off. Dark Horse for the win! Lol

Wavings good. All bikers do it, except Harley riders. They only wave to each other, and I suspect some only wave to riders on the same model.
I give the farmers wave to other 'stang owners, that's hand at the top of the wheel, raise the forefinger. Never the middle.

Awesome! I’m also signed up for morning session along with a couple of my buddies. Look forward to meeting you there. Bring your wife too , ours will be there so she’ll have some girls to hang out with. And I’ll happily accept the blame.
I’ve watched those Camaro’s run at Daytona last year and man they’re good on track!

Very cool and can't wait to meet everyone, I also roped a buddy in so we'll have a good group. She usually makes it and loves taking the car out on the parade laps but Thursday's are her long surgery days and I can never pull her away from those...but I'll still try.
The track is about the only place the Camaro is still good!
