Who here has a Whipple on their GT or DH and has taken it to the road race track?
1. Any over heating concerns or scares?
2. how is the power coming out of corners, manageable or constantly breaking the tires loose?
I track my DH so planed on keeping it NA. Had a turbo on a 911 once and didnāt like it. But I just got smoked on the highway by some little fucking something, I donāt even no what it was and Iām pissed. Re-thinking forced induction now seriously.
perhaps a centrifugal like a ProCharger is better for rad race focused set ups? But then why would the GTD have a Whipple looking one on top?
