Not so much the vehicle but the drivers. Ones that still smoke actual cigarettes (why, why why) and proceed to throw the butts out of the driver's side window while driving down the road.

I always wanted to buy a pack and when I get beside them at a stop light, light it up and say, "Hey, you dropped this!" as I throw it through their window.
Some of the problem is automakers bowed down to the anti smoking crowd and removed ashtrays from car's. I don't smoke but a lot of people do.

I stoped smoking few years ago, but in my old car there was a lighter and an ash tray with 2 cigarette holders, it was glorious and 0 cigarettes went through the window.
Ash trays were a big thing at one time... I had an old cadillac with 4 ashtrays and 3 lighters!

I knew a guy in college who had a Ford Pinto and thought he was all that after PAYING to have a 6" exhaust can installed. Sounded like a cat being run over by a flipping lawn mower on steroids. We laughed our asses off every time it went by.

In no particular order;
Blind drivers.
Drivers who miss 3 safe gaps then nearly hit the 4th.
German cars out of indicator fluid.
Fast lane hogs
Tailgaters
Honda fartbox exhausts.
Honda owners.
FWD burnouts.
EV's
EV owners driving their 10 sec tanks under the limit because they're down to 20% and panicking.
Truckies using a whole passing lane to pass another truck.
Greenies.

On a highway I drive 5 times a week, the road goes from two lanes to a divided four lane. People will MAYBE drive the speed limit on the two lane, yet invariably will get to the expanded lanes and speed up. Two lane and four lane speed limit is 60mph, I’ve literally had to go over 70 to get by someone who couldn’t figure out 55-60 and then speed up at the four lane. Only to exit a mile further. There are words spoken🤬
