Four bolt cross member and two nut torque specs, such conflicting info....what's the torque? Ford manual seems light and a misprint, to me. Lighter torque on the cross member bolts, heavier on the nuts???? I'm not removing the isolator bolts just the nuts to the cross member and the nuts from the cross member to the transmission.

the bolts in the diagram are labeled. it's saying that the torque spec of the bolts that secure the transmission support to the vehicle is 46lb-ft/63Nm, and the bolts that secure the support to the transmission itself are 76lb-ft/103Nm. also, that piece is technically two parts, the insulator and crossmember. here are some instructions i found in the workshop manual
