Having a fault pop up with the TPMS. The problem didn't follow with the tire, so I'm assuming it is being caused by a faulty/damaged TPMS receiver. I've hit several potholes throughout the year, but I don't think any of them would do enough damage to cause this problem.
The problem started after I had the wheel rebalanced due to a shake, and since then, the problem pops up after about 25ish miles of driving. The fault will disappear after about 15-20 minutes of idling, but will pop up shortly after once I start driving again. Something tells me the receiver is overheating
I'll pull the codes tomorrow once my laptop is charged, but is there anyone out there who's had a similar problem to this, and were you able to fix it on your own, or was this a trip to the dealer?
