The center console box is stuck! (Can’t open it)

This might be a long shot but I need some advice.

The center console box (inside the green circle in the photo) won’t open anymore.

There was no particular incident or it’s heavily stuffed.

There was no issue last night but this morning when I tried to open it, it didn’t open.

You know there are two latches(buttons?) on each side below the lid. When I pull them, they budge a little bit but won’t release the lock.

Is there anything else I could try?

If not, I am wondering if this would be covered by the warranty (I still have manufacture’s warranty).

Started the car?

The center console locks when you electronically lock the doors. The center console unlocks when you use the remote control to unlock the driver door.

Unlock the car doors . Hit unlock . I did the same thing the other day thought it was broken. It states in manual it has locking center console and glovebox.. cheers
