Pushing down on the collar is not awkward?The first one I bought from SR Performance (pic below) you pushed down on know (which simulated pulling up on the collar) but this one's knob does not move. You push down on the collar.

Where do you get the bezel and boot? Fit and function well?I can’t stand the factory shifter with the automatic transmission in the Mustang’s. I changed out the one in my older S550 Mustang so I decided today I’m going to change the shift knob in my new one. I’m not only changing the knob, but also the bezel around it to make it look more like a stick shift. It’s kind of poser, but I like the look a lot better. I went with the billetzworkz shifter, and I am not sure if I like the black or not. The last one I got was silver and I wish I could find one with a brushed silver. Still, I think it looks a lot better after. I went with red to match the calipers.
I thought it would be, but it is not at all. Super easy.
Bought it from source one auto, it is an oem ford part. Was like $60.
