Close. Drove through downtown Naperville with the top down and in Sport mode. Sounded great with the manual just cruising around.

I will definitely use all seasons after my summer tires wear out and will use those tires from April to November.

From November to April I will buy a set of OEM 19inch wheels and put winter tires on them. My manual advises 19" with 255 all around. So my winter set wouldn't be staggered.

Michelin all season performance tires

Another vote for Michelin 4 A/S tires. I've been using them for several seasons, year-round. At stock HP and suspension, I've never had an issue with traction. Additional benefits include less road debris kicking up against the car and I can go out any time I please.

Continental DSWs get very good marks and comments as well.

There are some great Summer tires out there. If you want those last few bits of performance, they are the way to go. But they come with a few caveats: more road debris against the car, questionable traction below 50F/10C and risk of hydroplaning in the rain.

"If" you might be interested..........................I still have the OEM 20" GT wheels (see link below for pics) off my GT; 425 mi on them; and the OEM 20" Goodyear all season tires with approx 2500 mi on them.

$700 all up with local pick up at a safe location here (e.g. WalMart, Mickey Ds, City Hall parking lot, etc)

You'd have a couple of options: OEM wheels and AS tires if you think they'd get you through your winter/s; OR you could put dedicated snows on the wheels and flip the ASs to lay off some of your cost.

I am northern IL and am waiting for my build date on a '25 non PP. My current car I keep a set of winter tires on rims and swap out nov-apr. I was thinking of doing the same and was curious if you all would go for a true snow like a blizzak (not that we get too much snow any more) or go for an all season like mentioned above.

I appreciate all your experience in tire type kicking up rocks etc and if I went the A/S route would look at the Michelin 4's.
