Is there a reason you went with 285/30r/19 instead of factory 305/30r/19 as I see the Michelin is available in that size?
So the 305s had heavy pull to avoid that in winter weather went with 285, better daily drive handling, and also track.

I'm selling this setup with 1k miles on it, in Seattle and nearby. Can deliver within 2hours distance. Lmk if you're interested

Why are you selling with only 1k miles if they handle good? Also why the large size on the rear tires? My concern with smaller tires on front is the reducing ground clearance on splitter that is already too low

No the thickness is higher due to more tread. And the splitter goes up by about an inch. 305vs285 is the width. Not height.
I sold the car.
1k miles because for winter I needed something to park it. Summer tires were back on since April.

The 30 number is the percentage of the width in MM. That would make the 285 a shorter sidewall. Albeit not much shorter.

Personal experience is that it was smoother and higher.

Ok, that makes sense. Your original statement was 285/30. That's why we all were doing the math saying they were shorter. 🤷 All good, the math is mathing now.
Sorry just number mix up.
So yes even my drive way wasn't scraping with the 285.35s

I’ve ordered a 2025 Dark Horse with the handling package, which comes with 305/30R19 (F) 315/30R19 (R) tires. However, I am not going to track the car all the time and would like to install all season tires. But all season tires don’t come that wide, so I will also have to get another set of narrower wheels to fit the all season tires. I hear that a set of narrower wheels and all season tires on a Dark Horse with the handling package can create problems with the brakes and the suspension. Is that true? Can I install all season tires on a Dark Horse with the handling package?
Michelin makes great tires that fit the handling package. They bolt on no problems no new rims needed. Try the pilot sport 4's they come in 305 19 30 and 315 19 30 they are great summer tires.

I kept badgering several persons about it, and several posted saying no fit issues or rubbing or any kind of problems with the PS4s on the factory wheels. I am going to do the same thing, just out of respect for things like, well, rain on the interstate.
