Stuff you want Ford to fix in the next software update

I would be perfectly happy if they only update two things -

1. Make the gear visible in all modes. (Yes I know you can do it in forscan. But you shouldn't have to.)

2. Allow the selected display info on the gauge cluster to save so it doesn't reset to trip 1 everytime you start the car.

A bonus third would be to make the car in the graphics match your actual car. But that's a minor complaint.

I'll second the gear display and I'd like track steering to be available in custom mode.
Also, the ability to change the various custom modes without going into settings.

IF you have an automatic, you can pull the right paddle toward you and the gear will come on next to the position of the shifter display. That isn't exactly the best way but i do it now and then when I want to know while just putzing along.

It only temporary displays the gear when you do that. And I don't want to have to manually shift just to see the gear. The Auto S550s displayed the gear all the time, same as most cars. Not sure why they changed it on the S650.

That's not an option and like I said earlier. You can enable the contibues gear display in Forscan.

Yes! This annoys me too. The S550 turned off the radio as soon as you opened the door.

Any chance that the 6 push button strip could get higher quality switches or better plastic backing so it does not flex like some low cost game keyboard? They feel so cheap compare to some of the Mach 1 S550 switch gear.

1. More driving clusters themes - sportier and better looking - everything looks outdated
2. Gear display at any driving mode
3. Fully customizable driving mode
4. More color selection
5. More options to the "Favorite button" - pretty much the favorite button should connect to everything
6. Relocate the air-conditioning buttons - make them more accessible
7. fix various bugs

Mustang Center Control Display screen HVAC screen row icon buttons. Can the location of these button be slide able and lockable to any location in the control screen display area or at minimum just from bottom to top. It would be great if the whole bottom row of buttons could slide up to the top of the control screen. Also being able to make the icon larger if driving gloves are used as they make the finger much larger then the icon size..

I'd like an update to stop overwriting things. Every update I have to fix "my color" and my oil life monitor always resets to 100% it's a good thing I also track the mileage since the OLM becomes useless with a OTA update.
