New Software Update 1/13/26?

It says it either failed or was interrupted with no explanation.

Interrupted means the 12v battery is too low as was mentioned. Ford can really do a better job with the verbiage on these things.

Charge up the 12v battery to 100%, and then manually try to install it. Don't wait for 1am or whatever you have the auto update schedule set up. All that will do is allow the battery to lose charge. An OTA trigger is good for 30 days before it will expire, so depending on how long ago you received the OTA, you should still have some time to get it to go through.

Edit: It could also be the battery capacity or BMS data quality or a combination of these things.

Thank you. I’ll take a look at those things. There seem to be a lot of things Ford could have done better.
