Started the car this morning and noticed that the gauge cluster theme and colors had been reset. Easy fix.
Assuming another update got pushed out. I keep auto-update on.
Wondering how to find any info on the update and what's in it? Logging into the FordPass app doesn't show that information.

When the reset of colors etc occur try pushing the seat setting button on the door. It often returns you to your previous settings.

Settings resetting is a common annoyance with Sync 4 vehicles. If you suspect an update was sent, message me the VIN and I can check your OTA history in PTS.

Thx. It's good to know that the main site has more information than the app. It's been more than 90 days since my last update, so I guess it was some known bug.
I also had a complete computer reset last week which changed all of my settings.
I signed into the site above and it also said it had been 90 days since my last update.
So who is getting into our cars computers?

It tells you when the last update was in the infotainment if you look.

Mine won't update at all. It says the last update was in September. I get notices on the screen that an update is ready and do everything it says to do and everything I've seen on here, but it always fails.

What is the reason it fails? Does it say interrupted by another process?

Probably because your battery is low. It won't update if its under 80%. Charge it and try again.
