Today I took my ford mustang gt (2024) for a battery inspection as the start and stop would not work. The battery was indeed low and as they charged it to 100%, after I drove it the start and stop system still not activating. They said that it would take about a day to learn and calibrate until it activates. Have you experienced this as well?

Big red button not working? How do you turn it off? 😁🤣😉🍻

the always stay started function requires a predetermined state in order to activate (or is it deactivate the engine), something as innocuous as the defrost or a/c will prevent satisfaction of operating criteria.

On my Focus, I had to do a BMS reset for that. Not sure what the manual procedure is with a Mustang’s pedal and buttons. Alternatively you can use forscan to accomplish that.
