Hmm...not sure what to tell you there.
I didn't even bother trying to contact them. The item showed in stock so I just ordered it. Got a confirmation email and they shipped within a couple of days.

Has anyone found a full kit that includes the front and rear fender flares and front and rear guards in matte black? I'm not a fan of carbon fiber in this application...

I just installed these on my Nite Pony they look factory
Installing the back guards is straightforward.
Undo. Top screw
Undo, Christmas tree clip,
Drill EO splashguard to fit the screw and Christmas tree clip 7-8mm
Re screw and I user the old Xmas tree cli
5 minutes tops, I took the tyre Off
Took more time to find a Jack that was lower enough

The front ones are a little more painful.
I took the front wheel off much easier.
The two long clips can be reused
The 2 short press clips I replaced with Christmas tree clips.
Same thing , just drill out the EO splash guards holes to fit clips, 7-8 mm
