Drove around again yesterday on a state road that alternated back and forth between 40 and 35 mph. You guys were right. The dash speed limit changed every time, right on the dot. GoogleMaps showed 35 the entire way. Ford wins this battle.

Huh weird. So your screen doesn't even show the little speed limit sign? I checked last drive and mine is there and the button in question turns lane centering on and off. Mine is off. The little speed sign doesn't bother me. I was just wanting to see if i can customize my screen bit more. You have a base model GT?
Yup a 2024 base model GT

I have been using the dash speed limit notification since I got my car 16 months ago, and I have never seen it be wrong. It is especially useful on those occasions when there is no sign and you want to know. The dash is always displaying the speed limit from the last sign. Glenn

When my kids were young I told them it was a suggestion, so drivers weren't reckless. :giggle: Glenn
You don't have Italian lineage somewhere Glenn?
That's how they view speed limits, as just a suggestion.
The cops do too.

I BELIEVE the speed limit signs are only enabled on the "high" equipment groups that have Adaptive Cruise control. My '24 Premium is a "400A" car and does not have adaptive cruise, so no speed limit signs on by default. Part of Co-Pilot 360 I believe.
I will be enabling in Forscan this weekend, from everything I've read it should just work once enabled in Forscan.

Ok. Now this makes sense and explains the why some people have it and others don't.

I have 401A with adaptive CC amd mine displays all the time.

No! Actually, French Canadian and Welsh! I wish the cops around here thought that way. I have calmed down in my "old" age. When I had my Z, I was so out of control that I got a letter from the PA DOT threatening that I would lose my license if I got another speeding ticket. Thankfully, I usually only cruise at 80-90 now! :lying: Glenn
