No not really.
You’re the only person that I’ve ever seen or heard call the Cyclone V6 a “POS”. It beat the previous 4.6 V8s to 60mph and had to be detuned for the S550 so the ecoboost had more hp. Admittedly, I’ve never driven or worked on one as all of my Mustangs have been GTs outside of a 1990 LX, but no review or video I’ve seen said anything bad about that V6, and there are certainly a good amount of people upset that it’s been removed completely with the 18+ models.
That 4.0 V6, however... now that was a POS.

He was talking about performance so I thought he meant Syclone. Not Cyclone.
I’m talking about an SVO Mustang as an alternative to the GT, actually.

Wow... what a POS that would be.

Well SVO would be the Ecoboost 4cyl not the Cyclone.

Right... The guy I was replying to and originally quoted suggested the Raptor’s V6. I gave an alternative “Cyclone + twin turbo”.

Are you one of those guys with a burning desire to argue on the internet instead of having a conversation? Because I thought I was just explaining my post since there was some type of misunderstanding occurring...?

Go ahead.
No worries, I’m sure you’ll be back soon with some other type of cop-out post to enjoy.

I understand that. I'm just jumping in here to help avoid a pissing match.

I guess we'll see. Things are looking up with the economy and that plays into it.

Well stop jumping in. There’s no more fun than an interwebs pissing match. :D

How about instead of always trying to get a hp increase each refresh or new sheet build, they keep the hp the same and find a way to reduce weight. Go to aluminum or some type of composite materials. This would make it faster, more fuel efficient, and handle better. What an earth shattering idea, I know... But it's the best way for the Mustang to survive the continuing strict emissions and fuel efficiency requirements.
